Qwetha Mgiba Attorneys Incorporated (“QM Attorneys”) is a dynamic firm of legal professionals founded by Kulani Qwetha Edmund Mgiba in 2019

Mr Mgiba identified the need to provide personalized, intimate and skilled legal services during the course of serving his articles of clerkship. It was during the service of his articles of clerkship that he worked in various legal departments within the various law firms where he served his articles of clerkship, he worked in the civil law department, commercial and general litigation department, criminal law and labour law department, competition law department and family law department wherein he handled various matters.

The legal practices understands the importance of youth development, most especially those from Historically previously disadvantaged background hence its practice of hiring youth females in its development and senior structures.
